I have a wobbly tire on the passenger side. the car has been sitting for a whole before i bought it and the guy told me when i got a tire for the passenger side front that i would need a new ball bearing,...

We dont know your problem, your description is not enough to tell you what is wrong. a shop will need to check it out for you. Either you need a tire, or you dont, and have the wheel bearings checked.

What does this mean? It looks like a U with an exclamation mark in the middle

It's your TPMS (tire pressure monitoring system). It's indication that one or more of your tire air pressure is low and you need to make sure all your tires are the same air pressure.
Sit in the passengers seat, open the glove compartment, there should be a switch to your left (closer to the center consol but in the glove compartment.) 42 PSI is recommended i believe but i always had mine at 36 front and back, just remember to rotate your tires every 5000 miles.
Good luck and thank you for using fixya.

Unable to remove rear tires...

make sure the car is fully off the ground, and on a sturdy floor jack. spray some WD40 on it and let it sit on the rust and try again to take it off later.

2004 toyota sequoia front end shake

Replace the front rotors.
Refacing does not work on Sequoias. The metal removed to get the rotor "true" is usually below minimum safe thickness, and the vibration comes right back when it gets hot.
