What is the hold button for?

When working properly the hold button when pressed will hold the transmission from shifting gears until each gear is at the very top of the range. It is similiar to sport mode in other vehicles. It will allow for faster speeds during acceleration, but uses more fuel.

Have a hard time getting the three bolts that hold the pully to the water pump , there no way of holding it to remove them

I will tell you how I do it! take a bar or big screwdriver to hold it from turning, if that wont work. sometimes you can position a pipe wrench cross wise, and hold it so the pulley does not turn. good-day!

What holds the front rotors from coming off, while doing brake job.

Your brake calipers hold the rotor on, take off the two bolts that hold on the caliper. If you don't know what the caliper is follow the brake line .Where it ends is the caliper and it should be holding two brake pads.

Turn of sign ''oil change required''

have you changed your oil? If its new then just reset the computer/ diagnostic screen between your RPM and Speed. Press the screen button until it reads "setup menu, Hold reset" now hold the button until the screen changes again.

press the button until screen reads "system check, hold reset"

press and hold the button. It will start a basic system check,

First check is for oil, it will read the percent of "good oil left" and say "if new, press and hold reset"

thus press and hold reset, and the computer will reset your oil life to 100%.
