If the leak is in the middle facing the back of truck most likely the rear end (differential) cover or gasket is leaking. If it is leaking in the front of the rear end it is most likely a rear pinion seal. Spray brake & parts cleaner to clean area. Let it dry & see if it is leaking in the front towards driveshaft or the rear towards rear bumper.

The spare tire assembly lowers using the crank for the scissor jack. If the mechanism has jammed, use penetrating oil on the mechanism.

What kind of maintenance should i do for my truck?

If you have never replaced the serpentine belt, I'd suggest doing that (keep the old one as an emergenct spare). I'd also change the differential fluid and fuel filter.

Cant remove rear rotors

The likelihood is they are seized onto your rear hubs. After removing the caliper spray the centre part with easing oil and start to knock the outer edges using a hammer.Do this a few times around the edges and they should start to come free.
