I would not. Use only the OEM style Bosch spark plugs.

Mk1 golf, no spark


That is old engine with clasic ignition check spark plugs wires and check the plastic cover from where the wire cables start, for moisture inside.

I have 2001 city golf. While im driving i dont have any problem but then all of a sudden the car start shaking almost like its not getting petrol to the engin. we have done the hole cleaning of the petrol...


Hi,some citi golfs got a problem with there feul tank,the tank have a not return valve at the pipe going out of tank so what happens is like the car is turning or tilting the valve gets stuck and its stops petrol flow.best is to get a long screw driver to wedge it open.or if that fails it best to replace tank.hope this helps.regards conraad

I have a 07 14i citi golf having problems with jerking/spluttering, have changed spark plugs but problem persists


if this is an 2007 vehicle then its a dealer only job for the diagnostics, as encrypted software is used unless its an american market model then a code reader can be used
