Please ask a local mechanic to have a drive and get an opinion as you will appreciate for sure that trying answer a question like this is very difficult from afar ,even more so when an auto version is like finding dr livingstone here in spain ,now their could be any number of reasons but the one i am going to plump for is deformed tyres ,jack up each wheel and spin it ,yes it may be new and the tread is ok but a tyre can go out of shape with the sun and this is a common occurance here in spain and how i test for it is to drive car slowly and let go of wheel ,you will see it shaking from side to side

It is a long while since I serviced a Sedona but I do remember the fuel filter is in the engine compartment on the front right side. I serviced several diesel models.

I have a kia sedona 2004 2.9 diesel, i punctured the fuel filler neck lost all fuel repaired it and managed to get me home but on way home em light lit wont start now unless i rapid pump primer help

Sounds like you have damaged the fuel tank mounted fuel pickup pump. The pump is cooled and lubricated by the fuel it is immersed in, so when you lost all the fuel you likely ruined the pump.

Have a 2004 kia sedona have replaced the crank position sensor but still shuts off and gives p 0335 code

WHAT CKP SENSOR DID YOU REPLACE I BELIEVE THE SEDONA 3.5L ENGINES HAS 2 CKP SENSORS.YOU HAVE ONE CKP SENSOR LOCATED FRONT OF ENGINE ON THE OIL PAN MOUNTED BEHIND CRANKSHAFT PULLEY AND THE OTHER CKP SENSOR LOCATED NEAR THE TRANSMISSION BELLHOUSING. CHECK TO SEE IF YOU HAVE CKP SENSORS. IF NOT CKP SENSOR WIRE COULD BE DAMAGED.ALSO CHECK TO MAKE SURE BATTERY POWER GOING TO CKP SENSOR B PLUS WIRE IF NOT CHECK THE ECCS RELAY OR FUSES MAKE SURE POWER IS GOING TO CKP POSITION SENSOR

Front end vibration

We're on our second Sedona and have had this problem on both. In our case it was the front brake rotors. The dealer told me that they're not made thick enough to handle heat loads. They are super-sensitive to heating and warp easily.

With my Sedonas the pads were not retracting completely, sometimes dragging on the rotors (not enough to notice this while driving) causing them to heat even when the brakes were not being applied and causing this front end shaking in the steering wheel when braking. When it got worse, the brake pedal would vibrate too. When we would take it up the mountains the long braking periods on the downslopes would make it much worse as the rotors heated up. The dealership had them machined but the issue persisted and ended up replacing the front rotors.

Replacing rotors is not a difficult task if you're mechanically-inclined and have the right tools. I've done it on many vehicles (though not my Sedonas as they were warranty jobs) and it's usually less expensive to replace them with new ones from your parts store than to have a brake shop work on them.

Hope this helps.
