Question about 1999 Honda Accord
You will need to remove the panel, usually for screws located on arm rest,door handle and sometimes around the middle of the panel behind a round plastic cover. Once all the screws are out the panel pops off, you will need to disconnect the power switches from the inside. Then look at the inside of the door, there is a retaining clip that holds the lever inside the door handle it may have fallen off or the handle cracked. Hope this helped tim
