Question about 2001 Ford Windstar
Your vehicle most likely didn't come with any greaseale joints from the factory. However given the age, there could have been parts replaced that now have fittings. So, without looking at the vehicle it'd be impossible to tell which joints are greasable. But, the parts that could have a zerk fittings on your van include the outer tie rod ends, and lower ball joints. So just take a look and grease where appropriate.
