First check over all electric fuses.check all fluids, oil, antifreeze. when fuel is not reaching fuel injectors, check for clogged fuel filter or lines and defective fuel pump. make sure all spark plug wires and coil wire are hooked up and not shorting out or broken off.

I have heard of them being located in the trunk near the fuel filler. It's a resetable switch. Probably behind the interior panel.

Check your Fuel pressure, being the car is fuel injected and a 98, odds are it is Sequencial Injection. If the fuel pump doesnt pump the proper amount of pressure the fuel pressure regulator wont give the engine gas.
