I would say you cooked your head gaskit !!! look for oil in water / water in oil . it wont start if water is in all bores . but if you did have it running and it was very lumpy this would explane it .

May not have being a mazda , remove the rocker cover and wind the cam shaft over by hand and see if all the valves close to the same level, if a valves bent it won, t come right up.

WONT START

Remove the oil filler cap on valve cover and have someone turn over engine. If valves are moving the timing belt is OK. , if not the timing belt broke or is loose and may need replaced. Check internal timing pulleys as well for damage.
Also, check spark plug wires and replace as needed.

Yes. Check your engine oil. You are about ready to destroy your engine.

Car won,t fire up but trying to turn over its as

Lots of reasoons for a no start this answer is as if it was running OK just the other day and was starting OK. The gas tank has gas? Spinning real freely indicates to me that the timing belt broke. The oil cap off the valve cover look in there to see the cam and crank engine you should see it turn. The fuel pump may not be coming on. The fuel filter could be frozen not letting the gas go though. The spark may not be happening as A senser or also a plug wire or other wire off inspection of these things something off can be the only problem

Had no oil in engine yestarday, put a qt. in it

maybe she just need oil in her? dip her stick again and find out! ooow!
ok then??? why should the cam belt have any thing to do with low oil???? and right now what makes you think its broken?
ok then! if the cam sharft seized up then it could brake the timeing belt,
oh!!! back to that lack of oil in it then?

Engine shaking after timing belt replaced

No repair should only last three weeks...don't touch anything and have the shop that did the work come and get it. I have lots of ideas but it will need to be checked over to verify them. Rather than comment on the "maybe" of this, have them check it out. Any reputable shop will be more than willing to do what's needed...Bad jobs ruin that reputation!

You have probably spun a rod bearing. These engines do not like running with low/no oil.
