It is not in the battery voltage but it is in the Ampere hour in the case of car or automotive batteries
So I think a 12Volt/65 AH battery could be good enough.

You may be experiencing too low of a voltage from your alternator. Your battery will also not charge properly. I would recommend you have the alternator checked first. Low voltage in present day cars can certainly manifest as strange functions as you describe.

Should my 97 astro keep running when I disconnect the battery?

The answer is yes and no. If you are disconnecting the battery to check the alternator, that is not a recommended practice. To check your alternator all you have to do is check the voltage at the battery terminals with the vehicle completely off. You can use a cheap multimeter set to DC and a range of 15-20 volts. Record that value and then start the vehicle and check the voltage the same way. The voltage has to be at least 1-1.5 Volts higher than when the vehicle was off. if it's less, the battery is not getting charged.

What can i do if the elctricity is less than the recommended level in gmc acadia 2009?

Are you talking about low battery voltage, or low charging voltage?

If the charging voltage is around 14v, then the alternator is fine. If around 12.5, then replace.
If the battery voltage at rest is less than 12.5, then replace the battery.

I have changed 2 batteries in two year now it wont start I have read about this issue and I found it may caused by bad IP module or faulty voltage regulator I have Azera 2009

I would recommend that you measure your output voltage and amperage from the alternator (the voltage regulator is part oft he alternator). It could be that the alternator is not producing the voltage and amperage to operate you vehicle so there is a steady drain on the battery instead of mainly during starting.

Battery light is on

The battery voltage needs to be checked. Also if battery is very old and not replaced for very long, then just get the battery replaced.Approx battery life is 3 years. If its very old battery then try new battery. But if battery is new and still battery light is on,. then either battery terminals are dirty or not connected properly or the battery voltage is low.Get the battery re charged to proper voltage. The exact battery voltage of charged battery is 12 volts..Re check and confirm with voltmeter. This should help.Thanks.Helpmech.

Car will not start or turn over only makes a clicking sound

You have a weak battery and it needs to be charged. It may also need to be replaced if it will not hold a charge. I would recommend checking the alternator voltage. The alternator may not have enough output voltage and therefore the battery is not being charged up. The alternator should have a voltage of about 14.2-14.4 volts, any less and the alternator should be replaced.

1998 Mercury Marquis: Battery indicator light blinks in random, unpredictable ways (not all the time), even though battery is good. Could the sensor be old and unreliable? Or would you trust sensor and...

The light comes on when the alternator voltage/current is low or if there is a short that is draining the battery. If it's blinking, the voltage is probably near the lower limit of acceptable voltage. Recommend checking voltage at the battery with car running. Should be at least 14 volts. If you don't have a voltmeter, take the alternator off and have it tested at the parts store. Let us know if you have more questions.

Car cannot start. Alarm will goes off.

Battery voltage is not always an indication of the battery health. Measure the battery terminal voltage under load. Check how it behaves whilst you are cranking the engine or when headlamps are switched on. If it drops drastically, some cells may be shorted. I also recommend checking the TDC sensor.
