Any automotive parts place should have them, with an instruction sheet attached or they can print you out one. Dealer may be just as cheap as aftermarket too.

no not realy the best thing to do is take one off and go to a aftermarket place and get a nmew one if you go to the dealer youo will pay almost 2x as much and if you go to the store in off peak hrs they probly will help you get them off or at least show you how to do it usuly there is a clip on one end and just a ball joint on the other
