Of course you can. Open the hood, and at the back side of the reflector you'll probably see a big twisting cover. Turn it to get access to the bulb. The bulb is secured with a metal clip. If you dislocate it you get the bulb out, Remove it from the connector, and there you have it. But everything back the opposite way.
That is if you have normal bulbs. If you have industrial HID ( A.K.A Xenon lights) the procedure is exactly the same, but when you get the new bulb, make sure NOT to touch the glass with naked fingers. The grease of the body will crack it as soon as it gets a high temp. Use rubber surgical gloves.

Good luck

The owner's manual says you have to access the low beam bulb from under the car, and involves removing the mud guard. What a pain! Then you have to unplug the bulb from the wire harness before removing a cover and a spring clip, and then the bulb. I quit after the mud guard as I couldn't get the wire harness to unplug - definitely not as effortless as the manual implied. What a bogus design! Any other car manufacturer and this would be a 3 minute job. Anyone know of shortcuts or tips that aren't included in the manual? Thanks!

I actually took mine to the dealer as I got fed up with trying the mud guard. I watched the tech go in under the hood to remove what I believe was the air filter box, thus opening up more room next to the headlight. From there it was a matter of removing the rubber cap, unhooking the clip (still tricky) replacing it, and putting it all back together. Be sure to have all the connections nice and tight as they even still tripped my check engine light and had to reset it. Hope this helps!

How do you replace left headlight bulb?

I would say, if it is any thing like a volvo, the front bumper needs to come off and complete headlamp unit pulled out to access the bulb.
Hope I am wrong because if the dealer does it they will charge at least 1 hour labour at around $140.00 an hour. It is all a con to get the money out of your pocket and into their till

Driver side signals only work when headlights are OFF

What may have happened is either the headlights wiring or the parking lights wiring somewhere along the wiring fused to the left turn signals wiring. Depending on if the turn signals go on when you put the parking lights on or the headlights on.

If the signals come on when you turn on the headlights than you only need to locate the light green wire that comes off the left turn signal harness.

Next follow that wire the entire way back to the firewall looking for another wire fused to that wire as you go.

If there are no signs of this you need to continue looking on the other side of the firewall all the way back to the turn signal and hazard flasher unit which is a black box that connects to a black harness located next to a grey harness behind the knee bolster.

But if the signals come on when you turn on the parking lights than you will also need to check the wiring from the rear left signal and follow that light green wire all the way back to the turn signal and hazard flasher unit.

This should fix your problem, but if not than your problem may lay within the the wiring between the turn signal/hazard switches and the turn signal and hazard flasher unit.

Also you may have a burnt circuit in the junction block. This block is where the light green from the rear left signal and front left signal meet. Don't have a description but if you cannot find it let me know and I will go out to the yard and look myself and let you know.

Constantly replacing headlights

Do not tear thru anything please just go to the dealership and replace the headlights! The Hyundai's headlights burn so hot that any aftermarket headlights will burn out quite quickly! I have purchased many different headlight bulbs for my Hyundai including the ultrabright lights and those just burned. Went to the dealer and purchased two headlights from them for $21.00 and they installed them!!!! Have not had a problem since! (that was over a year ago)
