Question about 2000 Chevrolet Cavalier
Did this recently on 89 sunfire--I think same engine. Pretty easy as it's on the side near front of car. Remove radiator hose--use a drain pan or bucket to catch. Take belt off, and 3 bolts that hold pump in. Break it loose---more coolant may come out. Clean gasket surface on engine, use sealer on both sides of new gasket. reinstall new pump and belt. I will doublecheck procedures now and let you know if I missed anything.
