Question about 1998 Pontiac Grand Prix
Ok, first it it blows cold air, thats good, have the repair shop check the "blower resistor" thats why only high speed works. As for the muffler have a good muffler shop check it out, do not buy a cheap muffler, if thats indeed what the problem is, could be just a pipe cracked/ rusted ect. Have your cooling system 'pressure tested" for a coolant leak, could be a simple as a hose leaking or water pump. or radiator. but dont delay this as overheating can become a larger problem.
