It sounds like you may have a air leak in your fuel line such as a loose or bad connection at the tank , also your fuel pumpneeds replaceing as the check valve in the pump itself is not working whitch means that it has a small piece of forign substance lodged in the valve it self .

Go put your key in the inigtion turn it to the on position lisen if you can't hear your fuel pump that means it went out due to lack of gas.
you might have to go to the back pf the car by the gas tank so that you can tell if it is working.

Your starter solenoid stuck on. (This may be internal to the starter). You need to replace the solenoid (or starter), then get the battery charged, and try again. If this has a carburetor (rather than fuel injection), you may need to prime it with starter fluid or a little gas in the throat of the carb (put the air filter assembly back on before you try to start it, you don't want to start a fire).

Ran out of gas on 2.2 turbo put gas in and will not start

Hope you did not run the fuel pump too long without gas. Not good for it.

But you probably now have too much air in the line.
Open the port on the fuel rail where you would normally check fuel pressure.
Turn key on and off until it comes out this port.
Then close it up and try again.
If you heated up the cold start thermo timeout, try a little starting fluid just to get it going. If you don't have any, a little gas down the intake should work almost as well.
