SOURCE: 99 chevy silverado fuel gage malfunctions

What cases this is a bad signal from your sening unit in the gas tank. Before you go out tearing that apart check the wire harness from the tank to the frame. The wire's may have a break in it and Good luck

SOURCE: 2001 Buick Lesabre - Fuel Gauge not showing correct reading.

sounds like you probably need a fuel level sender. it's located in the trunk on the right hand side attached to the fuel pump. I got one on ebay for about 20.00, but you might as well replace the fuel pump while you're at it, as it can go bad with time.

Dash gas gauge stops showing proper gas level once it hits half a tank. Then gauge will fluctuate between empty (light will come on), full and anywhere in between but seems fine from full tank to half

If the trouble with the gauge started after you worked on it then you likely damaged or created a restriction to the movement of the sending unit. You will have to remove the tank and double-check your work.

For the past year, my gas gage needle has not moved off of 3/4 full. Just lately the RPM gage has stopped working on my 2004 Buick LeSabre. How do I get them repaired or replaced?

the 2 problems are not related, the gas gauge problem is caused by a defective gas tank fuel level sending unit, here is the part number for that.
ACDELCO Part # SK1030 {replaces 25326326 #25326326, 88963639}
SENSOR KIT,FUEL LEVEL SINGLE PRONG LOCKING FEATURE W/O LOOSE CPA CLIP $144.00

AS FAR AS THE TACH GOES YOU WILL NEED TO PULL IT OUT AND HAVE IT REPAIRED BY A DELCO ELECTRONICS AUTHORIZED REPAIR CENTER.
