Question about 1998 Ford Windstar
Try cleaning all connections at the battery - contacts should be shiney. If that is not the problem, there is something on like a light or something - take it to a car care place - they will be able to check if there is an active drain on teh battery when the car is off.

A technician will need to verify if there is a parasitic drain happening on the battery. Sometimes things like the lighted vanity mirrors in the visors are the culprits, or the light in the glovebox. Any of the electrical systems in the car can be checked for parasitic drain by pulling the associated fuse and measuring the current in that circuit with an ammeter.
