SO38 indicates you have a failed elc exhaust valve This is on the Electronic Level Control System. This unit is mounted above the muffler on the passenger side of car. It has to be removed to replace the exhaust valve. I would clear the history codes and see if they come back. Thank you

Service Engine light, ABS light, and Traction light keep coming on and will not clear

The electronic brake control module (EBCM) automatically clears the history DTC when a current DTC is not detected in 100 consecutive drive cycles.

Hello: S036 concerns the road sensing suspension, in this code it tells us the electronic level control (ELC) compressor relay has a short to ground or an open circuit. Fuses to this system (2) one 10 amp in the engine compartment. The other fuse is a 30amp located in the trunk compartment. There is also a relay in the trunk compartment relay center, #2mirco relay center ELC relay "A". I hope this helps you.

I have a 1999 corvette showing trouble codes C1790 H, and B2606 HC can you help identify these codes

c1790 H ride control switch, the "H" indicates it has occurred at some point but is not present now. The H stands for history

b2606 HC is seat rear vertical position sensor failure. This code always appears as a history code. If this condition is current, your seat memory won't function.

I have 3 ipc codes what does ipc stand for 98 cadillac eldorado

IPC stands for Instrument panel control, here is a typical code repair flow chart, this is for example only and has nothing to do with your car..
P083 = 24x signal high.

P107 = Instrument panel control )IPC) to computer (PCM) data problem.

P137 = Loss of Automatic braking system (ABS) to Traction control system (TCS).

What you need to do is CLEAR all these codes from the computer and see which ones return.

Perform this test.

1. Ignition key ON. Engine OFF.

2. Simultaneously push and hold the OFF and WARMER (^) buttons on your climate control panel for 3 seconds and release them.

3. Diagnostic codes such as above will appear with the word HISTORY or CURRENT for each code.

4. The codes will stop when you see PCM?

5. Push and release the HI(^) button and you will see PCM DATA?

6. Push and release the LO(v) button and you will see PCM DATA?

7. Continue to push and release the LO (v) button until you see PCM CLEAR CODES?

8. Push and release the HI(^) button until you see PCM CODES CLEAR.

9. Turn OFF the ignition and wait 3 minutes and try and start the car. If the car starts and the light comes back ON, Turn OFF the car and repeat steps 1 thru 3 and let me know what codes you get and if they are HISTORY or CURRENT.

10. When you see PCM?, Turn OFF ignition key.

11. Let me know what codes you get and if they are HISTORY or CURRENT.

WAIT 3 seconds and then proceed to 9.

My code is e52 and f11 what is the problem

E52=memory(history)has been resetmeaning the power to the computer
was disconnected and the driving/engine systems performance history has
been lost.

If they are ONLY displaying as F codes this means that they are HISTORY codes and if they display as FF codes then they are CURRENT codes and what we need to diagnose is ONLY the CURRENT codes.

F11 = AC high side temp circuit problem.

hope this helps good luck

"service ride control" problem with '96 cadillac deville! loud clicking nose and smoke from exhaust!

The PCO 133 I believe is ABS issue. One of the sensors may have been ruined or disconnected after water trip. PCO135 i suspect is HVAC, or heating/cooling data. Some chip or part may have gotten wet. Does the air and/or heat still work?
The AC code is air conditioning related. Is there the word "history" or "current" next to any of the codes? You may have old codes. There are a couple of ways to reset the codes. But i'm not sure if that is necessary for your car. I suspect you may have to take the car to a dealer/mechanic; which might not be a bad idea considering you just went through a gaping 3 ft puddle.
hope this helps
