Make sure you replace both your rotors & pads. Don't just replace one side.

If you feel the pulsation in the wheel than its the front rotors that are likely warped. If you feel it in the seat than its the rear drums or rotors. If you don't feel it until you push on the brake pedal than it has to be in the brake system. Let me know if you have any questions and I'll do my best to answer them. Thank you for using FixYa.com!

1996 Jeep Grand Cherokee limited with a grinding noise from the front right break. i checked it out and realized that the break rotor is rubbing/grinding up against the rotor wall. i honestly dont know...

That metal backing is a dust and dirt deflector. Often when it's removed it bends a little and contacts the rotor. Yes, you can stick a screwdriver or any flat piece of metal between the two and move it a bit to regain clearance. Not a bad install but I'm surprised that the tech did not notice it and do anything about it.

WANT TO KNOW HOW TO CHANG ROTORS ON 2000 ACURA INTEGRA GSR

TO CHANGE FRONT BRAKE ROTORS. FIRST YOU NEED TO SAFELY RAISE SUPPORT VECHICLE ON JACK STANDS.MAKE SURE VECHICLE PARKED ON LEVEL SOLID GROUND.YOU NEED TO REMOVE BRAKE CALIPER BOLTS AND THE CALIPER FROM THE KNUCKLE.DONT LET CALIPER HANG BY BRAKE HOSE USE A PIECE OF WIRE TO SUPPORT CALIPER.REMOVE THE DISC BRAKE ROTOR RETAINING SCREWS IF EQUIPPED.IF THE ROTOR WILL NOT EASILY PULL OFF,SCREW TWO 8MM BOLTS INTO THE DISC BRAKE REMOVAL HOLES AND TURN THE BOLTS TWO TURNS AT A TIME TO PRESS THE ROTOR FROM THE HUB.

Im trying to remove the front rotor of my 2006 kia sorento but it will not come off, and after removing the brake pads, there is 2 bolt screws and a round silver thing in the center of the rotor, and I...

the 2 screws have to come off to remove rotor. if rotor sticks on hub. hit with a rubber hammer or another soft object. But, there may be 2 small set screws in the front of the rotor between the lug studs that need to be removed to get the rotor to slide off of the hub

Repeated warping of front brake rotors. Have replace rotors 3 times with both Chrysler OEM and aftermarket. Replace calipers, ceramic pads, etc. Still warps rotors in less than 5000 miles.

do you do a lot of hills work?if so use the gears ,ifdown hill not the brakes if it is auto then slip it down i gear . make sure your rear brakes are adjusted regularly, but for the main part i would think it is the driver that is the problem, you may get an occasional faulty rotor but not three sets, over heating is the cause of your problem.dont missunderstand me chrysler brakes arent anything special but they arenot that bad , slow down
