Question about 2003 Chrysler Town & Country
Easiest next step would be to replace your air filter and clean your throttle body.
Use a "throttle body cleaner" available at any parts store for about 5 bucks.
Make sure you take off the air inlet system and clean it all the way to the intake. Use a clean rag to wipe off the grime and be especially careful not to get anything foreign into your intake.
This is the cheapest fix. If you have an electrical short there should be a code stored in your vhehicles system. If so step 2 would be to take it to a mechanic with a reader to ID any issue.
That's only if step 1 doesn't solve your issue. (it will at the very least make it run smoother).
