Cadillac escalade 1999 driver side door wont open

Oh well, hey, if you got the panel off, you've already accomplished the near impossible! And no thanks to safelite, very rude of them. The bars or rods should be able to be pushed or pulled to ...open door latch, or work locks. Is that the kind of bars you mean? If so, find the door lock and get that unlocked, then the door. If it isn't like I picture it, get a good ole Cadillac person to open it for you!

Behind the front passenger seat there should be a door in the floor, the jack should be in there.

2000 Escalade rear swing door does not lock and front passenger has trouble unlocking. This is all being done from the Key FOB or button on arm rest. I'm assuming it's the door actuator but want to make...

It's "carbon-tracking"...GM's are notorious for this milady...Strike the DRIVERS door panel just under the switches with your FIST as hard as you can without causing damage, a couple times...Then, take a can of WD40 and using the red hose with the can, spray the bejeesuz out of the switches in the drivers door and wipe clean...(get around the switch in the cracks).
Good Luck.
P.S. Body shops are the least expensive repair facilities for this kind of problem
