Do the brake lights work? the shift interlock will keep you from shifting out of park. you might have accidentally unplugged some wiring at the master cylinder when you swapped out the throttle body.

I have a 2003 honda odessy and dash lights and tail light are not working! Please help?

Both are separate fuses, check them first. Dash lights are controlled threw the dimmer switch. Park lights threw the turn signal switch. If you have front marker lights, then the rear is a ground problem. Ground is at the body, in the back, on the drivers side. If no marker lights at all , replace the turn signal switch. If the fuse is good for the dash, replace the dimmer switch.

I can't shift my transmision from park to reverse. My car is Honda Element 2003

Could be the brake light switch or the solenoid in the shifter that locks it in park.
Someone would need to check the circuit for those components.
Your owners manual may have an emergency procedure to get the shifter out of park.

My emissions control light is on my honda 2003 element. I replaced the air filter and the pcv valve. the light is still on and in nuetral or park the engine won't rev past 5K

The easist thing would be to take the vehicle to any Autozone parts store near you. They will retrieve the diagnostic trouble code that is stored in the onboard diagnostic system and tell you what the code is and what it means. And the best part is that they do it for free.
Once you get your code, you can get your car fixed based on that, or you can ask here, and ill be glad to help you further. hope this helps and goodluck.

The check engine light came on in my 2003 Honda CR-V and the dealer told me it was the Throttle Sensor and quoted a charge of $700.00 to replace. A friend said the charge was mostly labor as the part was...

Your throttle Sensor is riveted to your Throttle body. Your friend is right in most case, it usually involves two screws and a connector with a little adjustment and your off. Your SUV is a little different, granted you can still do the repair yourself if you like but finding the part will be a little tricky. You can try salvage yards if you want to take the chance but you will need to by the whole throttle body and replace it whole. Might be a little cheaper the salvage way if you have some one to replace it on the side and not a going through a shop.

Need to replace idle control valve on 2003 honda element

i would and have takeing the throttle body off because its easier to replace the iacv valve with if faceing upward.remove it along witht the cables and flip it around also be sure to use a good quality number 2 phillips screwdriver to avoid stripping the screws..dont pinch the gasket...be careful removeing the coolant hoses as well. replace whatever coolant may come out.
