Question about 1993 Ford Explorer Limited
It could be either the motor, regulator, relay or the switch.
if you can hear the motor running, its the regulator.
if you hit the switch, and there is a click, or noticeable draw of power, then the motor is bad (if it has a voltmeter in the instrument cluster, watch the needle move slightly when you roll down another window, then see if you get a similar needle movement)
if you get nothing at all its eitehr the relay or the switch. if another window works, rule out the relay as it does both. the switch can be bad, and still work other windows.

while holding the switch in the up position, bang on the middle part of the door panel, if the motor is stuck then this will usually unstick it. but if motor is running then you will need a new window regulator.

I believe the fuse for your starter is in the power distribution box, 93 explorer 4.0L 4X4. find diagram for this in Chilton Ford Ranger/Explorer/Mountaineer 1991-1999 Repair Manual 26688 page 6-43 Fig.88 Be aware that there are (4) figures for the 93 4.0L explorer and each shows a different part of the same engine wiring. See top right 'power distribution box' follow lines to the part of your engine you are concerned with, which fuse number, then look inside your engine, passenger fender, push down on the protective ?wall then pull the cover up, see your diagram and fuse numbers. The diagram for inside fuse box, page 6-31 fig.63 I hope this helps

Unfortunately no. The design on the interior of the doors is different and cannot accomodate the needs of the power window motor, track, glass, wiring etc.
