If both hearer hoses are hot, then I would be looking for a problem with a temp door not working. Possible you have an actuator not working

Change heater core water pump one pipe get hot

try some comma's?
my wild guess, is you are trying to fix a dead cab heater, right?
and if so, can be caused by 5 things wrong. total.
1 engine coolant not hot (180F or more)
2; fan dead.(cab heater fan)
3:or core , coolant path blocked. (seems you)
4; core exterior core blocked with leaves or pin needles. (sucked in)
5: optional core valve , stuck closed. (cable bad, etc)\

one pipe hot , means ,? core pipe 1 is hot, and other is dead cold?
this flow blockage , bingo !

if pipe 1 is 180F and other is 120f this is normal the heater is heating air in the cab and is dropping due to this heat exchange. (normal)
so why not do the 2 year full flush service now. (skipped i bet)
core hoses:
remove the 2 hoses on engine side, never core side (easy damage)
then back flush both hoses. with a garden hose.
if there is a valve there, test it and make sure it's opening... and free flowing.
and that both engine water ports are open too, from heater hose
to engine. (yes, they pack up too)

My 2006 Ram 2500 Diesel cab heater blows cold are out the driver's side vents and hot air out the passenger side. I can't get the cab warm in the winter unless I place the heater in recircula

CHECK all the vent hoses, are they connected, no ob strucctions, when the last time you replaced the cabin air filter ? do you have one? look @ your owners manual, also, you may need to have several heater controls, or other control on as well, see owners manual, anything fall into the defroster vents ? replace thermostat @ engine. see how this works for you, good luck

Im not getting any heat blows cold air. i changed the thermastat and nothing. it was blowing out hot air in the vent setting but nothing now.

need to check your blend air door located behind the dash on the passanger side, if that checks out good then you have a blockage either in your heater core or hoses to/from the heater core.

NO HEAT AT ALL

You have a busted heater core if its on the passanger side cab floor. easier on a truck then a car to replace but no picnic just the same. If you are unable to do the repair a quick emergency fix to drive the truck (with no heat) is to locate the heater core hoses on the passanger side firewall and undo the clamps and by-pass the heater core.

Heater wont get hot

it has a valve on the heater hoses on one hose that has a vacuum line running to it check both sides of the hose on each side of the valve if its hot both sides its ok. Then check to see if both hoses are hot this will mean that the water is flowing ok if its not reverse the hoses on the heater core somehow it will flush the core out. If this is all working then its the door on you heater box not closing the air conditioning hole off . It goes through the same vents as heater

A/C Heater problems

the main issue with this is either the thermostat or the climate control switch I do not know if your climate control switch is electronic or manual either way I would start out with the cheapest and go with the thermostat first good luck!
