Wouldnt hurt to do a tune up but i would think its probably going to be the air pump.

OK my 95 Chevy 1500 2wd 4.3 manual transmission, seems to have a little loss of power it smokes a little out the tail pipe and every time I give it a lot of gas the oil pressure goes down will bottom out...

Yes, it could be connected. If you run an engine with straight pipes, there will be no back pressure from the exhaust system, and the gas flows very fast out of the engine past the exhaust valves. This will cause the valves to heat up more than the manufacturer's spec and could burn the valves.
This in turn will cause loss of power. Overheated valves will cause the valve stem seals to harden and even to disintegrate, causing slight smoking from the tailpipe.
The oil pressure is a sticky toffee. If you have enough oil in the engine, you should have equal pressure at either low or high speed, unless you have a dicey oil pump, or oil level is low, causing the pump to lower the level in the sump or cavitating (sucking in air with the oil).

Black smoke coming from exhaust pipe

black smoke is coming from exhaust possible causes--- excess fuel enters cylinders and does not burn completely. poor fuel milage is also a common complaint, when black smoke comes out tailpipe its running to rich!! This can be caused by anything from a computer malfunction to a leaking fuel injector. A possible fix would possibly be a tune up or carburetor/fuel injection work. run some good injector cleaner in it, it may fix the problem. but if not check it out further. good-day !!

I have a nissan wingroad and theres always soot in the rear exhaust outlet and she doesnt smoke even when i rev

soot is normal to be seen in the rear exhaust outlet, as long as it's black soot. If the engine doesn't burn oil excessively, then this is nothing to be worried about.

Black soot on spark plugs and exhaust pipe. Vary low gas milage 9 m/g. Has good power. Starts easy and runs good. 1984 Toyota pickup. has new rebuilt carburator and new cat. convertor.

burning rich. Add SEAFOAM to your tank(at part stores everywhere) to a tank of Premium gas, and add every 3000 miles to fuel. this will help the carbon and running rich problem.
