Question about Dodge Ram 3500
The ecm is not getting proper voltage, could be one of your batteries are bad or weak or dirty cables, if your battery cables are clean most likely you need to replace the batteries. have them tested first and always replace both batteries ,aweak battery will drag a new one down with it
