Replace flasher unit--little metal cylinder under dash. Pull it straight out of socket and take to parts store to replace.

What part needs fixed when my turn signal blinker blinnks very fast and sometimes not at all.If I put pressure on the turn arm it will stop sometimes or clicking my high beams on or off sets it right

Flashing too fast means that at least one exterior bulb isn't working. IF its an intermittent problem, once bulb could not be making connection at times. next time its flashing fast, stop the car and look to see which bulb isn't working. Replace that bulb, clean the socket at the same time

Cant find the turn signal relay switch on a 87 buick somerset

It should be up under the dash, usually close around the steering column. The turn signal flasher and the hazard flasher may look the same. If you turn on the hazard lights, you should be able to locate that flasher-it will be clicking, and if you hold a finger lightly on it, you can feel it working. That may help you find the turn signal flasher-often they are close together.

Clicking noise in dashboard under driver side

Need more detail. When does it click? Can you make it happen? Can you make it stop? Does it happen when you drive fast or slow? If it's when your driving, doest the clicking timing between the clicks shorten the fast you go or the higher the RPM of the engine (i.e. when you "rev" it)?

Many, many possibilities.

Cherokee just stops. Driving slow, fast, uphill,

Have your timing checked out, and check if you have any MIL codes.

My signal lights are slow then fast then slow again. Why

Purchase a new flasher at an auto parts store. Plugs in the fuse panel. It's the silver cylindrical device with two or three prongs on it
