Possible bad fuel pump. Have someone turn the key to the on possition with out cranking the engine. While they do this crouch down by the rear of the truck.Listen for the fuel pump. It should make a wineing sound. If you do not hear the pump you should check for blown fuses and see if the fuel cutoff has been tripped. If all the fuses are good and the fuel cutoff is not tripped you probably have a bad fuel pump.

Comran out of gas now my 1992 ford explorer wont start. any suggestion on what the problem might be

This truck uses a small electric fuel pump that is located inside the fuel tank, it is cooled by the gas it is immersed in, so when you run the tank dry it severely overheats the fuel pump and many times it can seize up. The way to see if the pump has failed and you have no fuel reaching the engine is to spray starting fluid into the air filter and if the engine starts you need to pull the fuel tank and replace the fuel pump assembly.

1998 Ford Explorer Wont Start. :(

Only make right turns! Only kidding! Have you hit a bump lately? Ford uses an Inertia switch to cut off fuel flow when triggered.Have that checked and reset.

Shaking 1992 Ford Explore

Sounds alot like a fuel delivery issue. I would first replace your fuel filter, make sure your gas isnt bad. Make sure your fuel pump isnt starting to fail. air leaks in the fuel lines. and then move too the fuel injection pump.
