Question about 1999 Cadillac Eldorado
Under front of car on driver side of radiator, remove the small baffel, then on the backside of the radiator tank is a plug with a butterfly head. (this applies if the radiator is orignal equipment) This arrangment is difficult to access. You may have to gently reposition the lines to get to the plug. I made my own special tool by using a 1/4 inch drive 7/16 socket and using a hack saw put a slot in the socket and a 2 in. extension with a ratchet to loosen the plug and screw it back, it doesn't have to come all the way out.
