Question about 1995 Jeep Wrangler
You don't need or have to, The gas that's in the filter is going to pour out. The pressure is not intense enough, but it is recommended to do so for safety reasons just as you have some people will crawl under a non secure vehicle, it' recommended to be on stands. You will be fine, just be sure you have the right fuel filter removal tool which can be purchased at a local auto zone. Good Luck
