Question about Ford Expedition
It is possible the drain on your heater box is plugged and not letting all the condensation out. Get a can of Lysol disinfectant and with the a/c on high and spray the Lysol at the base of the windshield on the passenger side cowl vent ( this is where the fresh outside air is picked up ) With the windows open you will be able to smell it coming through the vents. This will kill any bacteria or mold in the heater box and remove the odor. You can buy the pricey stuff from a parts store for this but I don't find it works any better than regular old original Lysol.
Hope this helps.
