Question about 2001 Ford Explorer
This is very common problem, i've run into this many times, replace the lightsocket and that should solve your problem, if you want to do a quick test, using a test light turn on blinker and test for power at the wire going into socket, also test the ground wire to socket, if theres power and a good ground then its the socket. hope this is helpful.
