Question about Jaguar Xk Series
If you are using a cork gasket,then its just, start at the middle and with a 6"wrench,"hand tight".do not over tighten.do up the bolts same as a cylinder head,diagonally to the ends....
On my 3.8.i used "red hermatite"on both sides of a plastic coated paper one i made myself.No leaks.....sold it (what an idiot.....)
