Open the boot, remove interior panel behind the light fitting, the bulb will either twist off or be clipped in.

Most likely you have a worn or exposed wire that grounds itself, or a bad light bulb socket, usually when the brake switch goes bad you lose your lights but not blow a fuse. I never say never though any thing is possible but not likely. Check all the wires you can going to these items and look for loose or corroded wires and also check the bulb sockets for the same, corrosion can cause a short..

On my 89 honda accord lxi, my turn signals on the rear will work but my tail lights and my break light wont. what do i do to find the problem?


they both use the same bulb on this car ,try changing the bulbs and running another earth wire as a suppliment

Drl starts buzzing right headlight does not come on


the buzzing is the relay driven by the daytime running light module.
the module is under the left side of the dash by the fuse box,but above it and more to the middle.right above your left knee about 8 inches or so.

You have a Loose Bulb Somewhere. It will absolutely cause this too happen.

fast idle thermo valve located by the throtle body with coolant hoses remove valve and adjust plastic washer its under a cover with 2 bolts good luck

Break light problem


Do you know if the brake light bulbs are working? (are the bulbs good?). (the bulbs have two parts, one for brake lights the other for running lights)
If the third brake light bulb is working the brake lights should be with good light bulbs.
