Question about 2004 Kia Optima
You'll need to contact your Kia dealer with proof of ownership of your car and the VIN number. They can then look up the key pattern and order it in. If the keys are immobiliser keys, then they'll be very expensive and will still need programming to the ignition system. Many Kia dealers will program them to your car for free if you're a regular customer.
The only other option is even more expensive: get an automotive locksmith to replace all of the lock barrels, the ignition barrel and to provide new keys and to program them to the car. This option is often so expensive that it sends otherwise perfectly good cars to the scrapyard.
Sorry, but if you have lost your keys then there is no quicker option to regain full use of your vehicle.
