Try balancing tires. If this doesn't work, have front end inspected for wear.

Sounds like worn shocks but could be wheels totally out of balance if it it's very quick. Slow would be shocks.

WOBBLY WHEEL ON A HONDA

sound like you have tire out of balance or possibley a bent rim. i would jack the passenger side up grabbed the tire and see if it wobbles, if not then you have something wrong with the tire i would also turn the tire and look to see if you see any metal on the inside of the tire and feel for large knots. these factors will make the vehicle ride really rough let me know how this works out for you..

If you can absolutely verify that there are no loose components in the front end I would start looking at the tire for belt separation. This can be detected by rubbing your hand gently over the tread area. Feel for bumps, bulges, and irregularities. It should be fairly obvious.

You can also try putting the tire on a different location and see if the symptom moves to the new location.

The car is hard to control in the highway constantly steering

Your engine and transmission mounts need inspection. Replace as necessary.
Jack up your car and support it on jack-stands.
Rotate the front-wheels and pull it towards your chest to feel the condition of the wheel bearings.
Do the same for the rear-wheels.
As for rear bouncing around corner: your rear-shocks need to check.
Last resort is to do frame inspection.

Front end feels loose and steering wheel shakes after going over rough terrain... what could it be.

Tie rod ends or ball joints. Possibly a control arm bushing failure but not as likely. Could also be caused by worn out shocks but usually that causes the truck to bounce up and down after hitting a bump.
