Question about 2003 Dodge Neon
Timing is only set by the timing chain, the way it works is on the crank pully there is a mark that lines up with a mark on the block, then on the cam pullys they have the same (all have to be aligned at the same time with the belt) if your doing a timing belt replace the water pump and belt tensioner at the same time, reason is your already there and it should be done anyway.
