Either looseness of the linkage or install error. If Windshield has been replaced, sometimes they miss align the wiper arm.....

Dont think you have much wrong here ,they work ok which is the main thing ,firstly check the battery voltage then the alternator voltage ,ie engine off check the voltage which should be about 12.6 to 12.9 volts then with the running at 2500 rpm and it shouldnt read more than 14.7 volts if its greater then change the alternator regulator if battery voltage is low to start with say 12v or a bit less and with engine running it comes up then renew the battery .But if its all working and the battery voltage isnt excessive then leave well alone and save your hard earnt cash and put it towards a new car

The windshield wipers bang

The grooves (or teeth) at the base of the arm could be stripped which is allowing the wiper arm to go past its normal stopping point and bang against something else. I learned this one the hard way.

How do I change the cabin and air filters in a 2004 Honda Accord LX?

First, empty your glove box! Or everything will spill out.

On the right side of your glove box, you'll see a black hinge that connects to the door. Carefully unlatch it. The glove box will swing all the way down. If you didn't empty your glove box, everything will spill out :)

Look for a black plastic cover with arrows on the sides. Press them both in and pull. The tray holding the filter will slide out.

Take old filter out, watch for the direction arrows (they should be pointing DOWN). Remove, replace and you're done.

I buy my filters from Ebay and change them every year due to allergies.

There is a 10mm nut on the wiper where it connects to the post near the hood. Unscrew it and lift the arm off of the post. Turn it just a little up and put it back on the post. Screw the nut back on and it should work.
