TEmprature is not an indication for replacement. Relays are an electromagnet and do get quite hot, malfunction is the time that you replace.

Is there a fuse I can pull to disable my passenger climate control on a 2001 LS 430?

No fuse that I know of.
The problem could be the zone control module, or the passenger side blend door actuator. All of the controls get power from one fuse.

2003 Impala headlights stopped working. I checked

Ok, locate the relay panel (probably inder the hood) and find the relay that controls the headlamps. With your headlight switch "on", pull the relay and see if your getting a hot current to the connectors in the relay panel. If it's hot, replace the relay. If no current, it's probably your headlight switch.

Tempature Gauge is not working on my 2001 Chevrolet Impala LS.

Sounds like a bad coolant temp sensor. Do you have a check engine light on?

Map lights work intermittent.

Relay should be under the hood. Some lights only work when parking or headlights are on.

make sure to check for and aftermarket ignition module installation in other words make sure the ignition module is factory and not aftermarket,
this is not a fuel problem because fuel problem acts diferent
but coul be your ignition module or your crank sensor
