    1996 sunfire 2'4 wont start

Battery could be dead. If not then the ground wire could be loose or corroded. Fly wheel could be worn. Crank shaft position sensor could be bad.

My 1996 Pontiac Sunfire GT occasionaly bucks and jumps after running for about 5 to 10 min. I say this will happen about 20% of my driving time! Otherwise it runs great. I have already changed air and fule...

Could be tps or just a dirty throttle body or intake. They do get black inside of those. If your negative battery cable is grounded well to an unpainted surface, that could cause some intermittent jolts.
A camshaft position sensor if you have one on this car, could do that to. You should have your engine codes scanned to see if it comes up with anything. If no bad sensors are found, then clean throttle body/intake and check your plug wires.
