Factory immobilisor by the sound of it ,call the tow truck and have it taken to dealer as its not an immobilisor for nothing where anybody can by-pass it ,1993 will have an immobilisor all vehicles in europe have this from 92 ,including cat exhausts ,rear seat belts and an annual mechanical vehicle inspection all over europe .

Hi! It's definitely a PCM (powertrain control module) issue. I used to worked on one and the only cure was to have my PCM resetted. The PCM has connectivity on all electrical current that runs inside the car which includes the engine, transmission, etc... I strongly suggest that you have your PCM resetted and you'll be good. Hope this helps and thank you for using FixYa!

It needs to be resetted. THe PCM is the car's computer and it works like a brain of the car.

As all these plug ins will pull considerable power I would be looking for a fusible link near the battery or near the main fuse box. Contact Mack service centre for how the sleeper is wired and where the main power comes from

Hello, You need to read system with a scanner to Find out what code is set and what component, Wiring is causing the fault. Would be best to have system read with a GM scanner.

How do I change the spark plug of the dodge magnum 2006

· Open the hood and remove the bolts that hold the engine cover in place, if your Dodge comes with an engine cover (depending on model and year). If so equipped, pull the cover off the engine.

· 2

Grab a spark plug wire by the base of the wire and pull the wire up and out of the engine. (You may need to wiggle it back and forth while pulling up on it to get it out of the engine.)

· 3

Trace the wire back to the power distributor and pull the spark plug wire off the distributor. Make a note of the plug orientation.

· 4

Install the new plug wire in the place of the removed one. Match the new wire with the old one to make sure they have the same size. Press the plug wire over the distributor electrode and onto the spark plug firmly, so that the ends are secure. Installation is the reverse of removal procedure.

· 5

Repeat the above procedure for all the other spark plug wires. It is best to change all the spark plug wires at the same time.

Srs light on

1st you need to either buy or make the "SCS Service Connector" #07PAZ-0010100 from H and A Accesories for $3.51. Use a speaker harness for an older Honda which you can buy at a local stereo shop such as Circuit City or Best Buy, and cut the wires and looped them together. You can also use a paperclip but that will make it a little more difficult because you have to connect it and disconnect it a few times quickly. 2nd you need to find the MES (Memory Erase Signal) connector as pictured below scs_small.jpgsrs_plug_small.jpg
It is a yellow connector with two wires in it that is plugged into the fuse box, unplug it and pull it down. Once you have done that you can begin the process of erasing the memory. NOTE: This will only reset your SRS System if what caused it to trigger has been fixed, Ex: turning the ignition on with any SRS Plugs disconnected, such as pulling your seat out.

1st step in erasing the memory is to turn the ignition off and connect the SCS Service connector to the MES Plug.

2nd Turn Ignition on. SRS indicator light will come on for about 6 seconds then go off.

3rd Disconnect SCS service connector for MES connector within 4 seconds after SRS indicator light goes off. SRS indicator light will come on again.

4th Reconnect SCS service connector the MES connector within 4 seconds after SRS light comes on. SRS indicator light will go off.

5th Disconnect SCS service connector from MES connector within 4 seconds. SRS indicator light will indicate that memory is erased by blinking 2 times.

6th Turn ignition off, and wait 10 seconds. Start vehicle like normal and light should come on and go out like normal. You have reset your SRS light, congrats.

If it does not work the first time try it again, the timing has to be perfect. My first time it took me 3 attempts before it worked, but it did work.

Alarm Problem

The green wire with the crimp needs to go away. This is the wire that allows the alarm computer to beep the horn when the system is activated.

The wires that go past the hood release is probably a power and a ground bolt. Pull up the rocker panel trim, and then pull off the kick panel. Some of those alarms used another connector over behind the kickpanel, and also, some had a "hood switch". All of the wiring needs to go away. You can cut the wires to the hood switch, if it has one.

Please get back to me if you need more assistance.
A FixYa rating would be greatly appreciated.
