Help with diagnosing a possible head gasket failure

Code 107 is for a problem with the map sensor circuit, code 300 is for a random miss.
Code 122 is for a problem with the throttle position sensor circuit.
The first two codes could involve a leaking head gasket, I doubt code 122 would be affected.
The smoke could mean a gasket is leaking, head or intake would be my first guess. You should also be loosing coolant or oil, and a compression test might show a leaking cylinder.

What is this code p0300 for suzuki forenza 2004

PO 300 --- Random or Multiple Misfires

The code it's self doesn't do anything for you
other than to look at misfire data & possibly
5 or 6 other things/items on different systems,
to determine what is going on with the vehicle
& when ,under what conditions

That said, you have to be knowledgeable as to
how OBD2 Systems works

For 99.9% of all people, a repair shop is your next stop

04 SUZUKI FORENZA DIES WHILE DRIVING

Several things can cause a car to die. The fact that you don't have any engine codes eliminates some of them. First thing you should try if you haven't is change the fuel filter. Make sure there are no damp, or damaged electrical components. It could be faulty spark plugs, or wires, or a vacuum leak. Check carefully under the hood for vacuum leaks. With the engine running, wiggle all the vacuum hoses around and check for cracked loose or broken hoses. They will make a hissing sound when you find it. A stethoscope, or a length of fuel line held to your ear can help a lot. Check all intake bolts for tightness too. Good luck.
