Look over your wheels... mud packed into the wheels will act the same as balance weights being placed at random on the wheels, throwing the balance way off. Hose or scrape the mud out and they should be fine.

How can I pull my Equinox out of the mud?

Call AAA they have a manual that tells you a safe place to hook. Also refer to your owner manual, there should be a towing section. Most of these units had a place in the subframe that is reinforced to hook

My 2002 2 wheel has vibration in front end whan i go 55-60 miles per hour. alot of shake in the steering wheel also. what could be the culprit

Hi Mikey. Take the vehicle for wheel balancing and alignment. Get the technician at the centre to inspect the steering and suspension linkages while he's doing the alignment, but I think wheel balancing will sort out your problem. Regards John

Where would i hook a chain to the 04 mustang to pull it out of the mudd

Use the two hooks.
If you don't have them, wrap the strap around the frame. It is a low profile car so the recovery strap will most likely push up on bumper (depending upon the angle).
The deeper the mud, the harder you will need to pull, the more damage you can do. Have some friends push while it is being pulled.
Be safe. Call a tow truck if you need to.

My car isnt moving it has been stuck in the mudd and now i got it pulled out it wont move. did my transmission belt break or something

1. How long was it stuck in the mud, and 2.how deep was the mud? 3.Did you spin the tires like crazy for a while trying to get out? 4.What happens when you put it in gear and give it gas, does the engine speed increase, but the car just won't move?
If you (or someone else) beat the heck out of the car trying to get unstuck, jamming it in drive and reverse quickly, you may have blown the transmission. If the car sat in the mud for a while (a week or more?), the brakes might be the issue. You can check to see if it's a brake issue by starting the car, put in neutral, and have someone try to pull it with a tow strap or chain. If it won't move, or it does but the wheels don't roll, it's the brakes. If the wheels roll, it's the transmission. Check the trans. fluid level also. It's possible it's just low and won't engage. Let me know what you find.

Engage 4 WD 1987 Jeep Grand Wagoneer

There usually are instructions above the sun visor. To engage, just pull the lever into the gear you want while rolling. (work best that way) use low only for pulling something out of mud etc. try to avoid using on dry pavement as that will wear the transfer case faster. Use N setting if your vehicle needs to be towed. After using if it fails to disengage, usually backing up about twenty feet will fix that.

Car was stuck in mud pulled it out from the rear sway bar

That will all depend on where you hooked up to pull it out. Take a close look in the area where you hooked up to tow, and look for bent, or twisted parts. Your local parts store should have a picture of the various parts to help you identify, if you don't want to or can't take it to a shop for diagnosis.
