Noise associated with friction of the brake pedal to the stem of the mountings. Over aperiod of time there can be dirt or rust accumulating to tighten the pedal and make this noise.
Also the noise can come from the link to the mastter cylinder, the noise in the master cylinder.
You must check this movement with your hand to confirm the source of noise .If on the pedal bushes, use a degreasing spray like WD40, remove the pedal oil/grease and set back.

I have a 2010 insignia Sri automatic. When applying or releasing the foot brake while crawling in traffic it makes a loud creaking noise

If the noise is in car the it may be the brake pedal spring moving on the retainers . Try just a squirt of crc (WD-40) on the ends of the spring to see if the noise goes.

Loud noise burning smell

Most likely a belt problem or a worn out tensioner. You left off the year, make, model and engine so it's a guessing gamet. Read this post on how to track down the source of noise

1996 Buick Park Avenue Ultra making a hissing noise when I press Brake Pedal. Have to Press super hard to stop or slow down.

Sounds like a possible air pocket in the braking system. Do you know how the bleed the brakes? They may need to be bled. Also, if you've added brake fluid recently, and didn't put the cap back on, it could create a suction. Another note is to check the cap to the brake fluid reservoir. It's rare, but, it could be bad.

How can i know when brake booster is not working

In most cases if the power brake booster is bad, The brake pedal is very hard to push down. You may know it is starting to go bad if you hear a hissing/sucking noise when pushing the brake pedal. Hope this helps

Loud creaking noise(s) from front wheels when braking.

Well if the brakes are good (I'm not convinced) I would look at some of the bushings associated with the front end (control arm, sway bar .etc)

When turning left or right steering makes a creaking noise mainly from drivers side wheel, also when stationary drivers side makes creaking noise when pushing down on the wing, after the car has cooled...

This sound is coming from your strut. Sometimes they will get water in the seals, or dirt, and they will start creaking exactly as you describe. This isn't a big problem unless you can't live with it, and if this is the case, just replace the strut on that side. When the car bounces when you press on that side, then you need to worry about that strut, but otherwise, it's ok.

Brake pedal judder when bkaking

It could be a loose caliper or a caliper with a sticking piston, causing brake drag. Something could have loosened up, since you say the brake job was recent. Hope this helps and best wishes.
