Follow the aluminum tubes coming out of the firewall. The port is along the tube that runs to the compressor. See my recharging tip at http://www.fixya.com/cars/r5833579-auto_truck_c_recharge

Another question. I have done that and there are actually 2 caps I have located. Not really sure which one is the one for filling the freon. One is a red cap that is located on the passenger side of the radiator (its basically upside down on the top left part above the radiator). The second is a blue cap located on the aluminum line basically directly to the right of the overflow tank. I know this is the low pressure line..but not sure which valve is the correct one.

The recharge hose will not fit on the high pressure port. It only fits on the low pressure port.

SOURCE: Where is the valve located

Passenger-side near fire wall. Should have a cap on it that has an 'L' on it. You fill from the low pressure side. Gennerally the recharge bottle only fits on the low pressure side.

Do you check the low port side or high port side, when checking air compressor of a 98 Pontiac Sunfire?

mcdevito75 here, I think your speaking of the air conditioning, it is charged from the low side, if the compressor will not come on you"ll most likely need freon, the compressoe must be on to check it"s operation.

Adding transmission fluid to 98 pontiac sunfire

There is a plug located on top of the transmission under the brake master cylinder. It is held in place by a bolt on the side of the transmission near the firewall. Remove the bolt, then remove the plug. Fill it until the fluid comes out of the hole.
