You mean its turned off, but it blows cold air? Do you mean it blows air? on all speeds? or you cant control the fan speeds? I cant see if you have the blower turned off that it can still blow air. cold or not? you need to be very specific as I am not there to see what you mean.

Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

Holden 5.7 engine light come on

The light itself doesnt tell you much except the engine control unit has seen a problem at some stage. If the car is running normally it may reset itself or you can remove the battery terminal for a minute and replace it to reset the ECU (make sure you have any codes needed for the radio if it needs a code to start). If the light comes back you need to go to a mechanic to plug in a diagnostic tester which points to a more specific area or component for repair work.

Headlight problem and car starts sometimes

Your leak probably comes from the windscreen and drips down onto the floorboard.
Light problem:- Remove the light globes and clean the connections on the globe and on the fitting. You may have to bend the connections in the fitting to get better contact.
Starting:- The most probably cause is the ignition switch itself. To prove this connect a wire directly to the starter solenoid. Next time the car refuses to crank apply battery power directly to the wire. Be careful: if the car is in gear and you start it while standing outside it will go off by itself and could even run you over.

Car starts to stop by itself when foot is not on pedal.

Time to see your dealer's service department unless this a feature of the car. Has it always been this way since new? It is shifting itself to first gear which would certainly slow the car down.
