2004 sebring won't go into drive untill engine warmed up after that drives fine all day till next morning

Check your Transmission Fluid (ATF) level. There should be instructions in the Owner's Manual or search (Google) online.

My crysler Sebring 2004 won't revers but no problems with all other gears

This would be a problem for an expert to look at. There are all kinds of variables, the biggest being, have you regularly serviced the transmission fluid and filter? If the answer is no, then, I'd say start looking at the reverse clutches inside the transmission are probably bad. If you have serviced it regularly then it could be a solenoid pack or modulator valve, it could be some bad wiring coming out of the transmission.

Find the filler plug for a 2004 chrysler sebring front differrential

The Sebring is a front wheel drive car. The transmission drives the two axles directly. You only need to check your transmission fluid. There is no differential like a rear axle style unit.

Check transmission fluid while car is hot and running. Before buyer a new or rebuild one have it checked for free at one of the leading transmission shop. Ask if it have a soildnoid pack inside the transmission that could be your problem I had it happen to me and that's what it was also change the filter, good luck.

How do I check the transmission fluid?

In an automatic transmission, the dipstick should be located around back of the engine. You let the engine run to normal operating temp. and you check the fluid level, add as needed. You add through the dipstick tube with a funnel. Hope this helps.

How do you add transmission fluid on 2004 suzuki forenza. It noip stick.

Welcome to the new era in automatic transmissions - sealed systems with "lifetime" transmission fluid. This is progress???

What makes you believe it needs fluid?

There are ways to drain and add fluid on most of these "sealed" transmissions; however, it involves drain and fill plugs underneath the car. This is not a procedure for do-it-yourselfers.

Transmission fluid port - cannot find for Taurus 2004

You add transmission fluid through the dipstick opening for the transmission... you need a long neck funnel to do so.. they make a transmission fluid funel that you can get. Be careful not to over fill!

2004 chrysler sebring transmission was leaking but now has stop

Keep a close eye on the level, and watch for drops in driveway etc. Even try placing something under the transmission area if you have to, like cardboard or plywood. Good chance it didn't cure itself, but stranger things have happened I guess. Hope you used Mopar transmission oil to re-fill it. believe it or not, I don't work for Chrysler but have heard many a story about chrysler transmissions acting up because of wrong fluid in them, even when lube places tell you it's o.k to use something else. Just a heads up.
