So the light was on and you changed the bulb to fix it? You may have a ABS Wheel Speed Sensor bad. the one located in the rear axle is common to go bad.

ABS lights are usually triggered by a sensor, not a master cylinder.

1999 fored F250 diesle battery's keep going dead

Did you disconnect both batteries then check for a draw ?
If you use a test light between one negative cable and the battery post, and the light glows, you have something on the truck that is drawing current when everything should be off.

03 ford f250 7.3 power stroke keeps blowing turn signal fuse.

Electrical issues are always a bit difficult to diagnose. Since I have not heard the wiring harness to be an issue on these, I would first look into if there was some add on causing an issue. Did you or someone add a trailer harness? Some type of additional lighting (like an LED bar)? Even possible a radio or under dash work? If not then do a once over and look at where the wiring comes through the firewall, or through the body to feed the turn signals. You just have to systematically follow the wiring from the lights back to the switch until you find the culprit. Let me know what you find and I can try to assist further.

you need to get the code in order to proceed. one of the tire sensors is most likely erratic. You wont know which one without a proper diagnosis.

No tail lights

look for a blown fuse in your engine compartment fuse box. if you dont find one there then check the fuse panel in the dash under you column. it could be one of the larger feed fuses in the engine compartment fuse box so dont overlook those.

Abs light on

I'm a Ford service adviser. There are many reasons for the
abs warning indicator to come on. The usual cause is from a
faulty speed sensor. Either a wheel speed sensor or the
differential speed sensor. I don't think the light is related to your vandalism. You might want to take the truck to an auto parts store and have them read the codes for you. Most auto parts stores will do this for free.
Good Luck
