Question about 2004 Ford Expedition
Check the blower motor and blower motor resistor.Also do you notice that car overheating.Any kind of overheating problems in your vehicle.If yes then check if the radiator cooling fan is working or not.If not then it can be the problem.
Also get the ac pressure test done at any local car garage.If the ac pressure test is low then it will indicate that there is a refrigerant leak or low refrigerant in ac,get the ac charged.Also check the coolant level and coolant temperature sensor.
If all checked ok then other cause can be wiring short in the car dash panel.It has to be checked by meter to confirm where the short lies.
