Do wall wiper on 07 Tucson work of same relay because wife forgot shut wiper off and when turn car on wiper when up and then stuck. try see if going to need replace motor or relay back is working.

Some wiper motors are thermostatically controlled. If they overheat due to stuck wiper they will shut off and resume after obstruction is removed and the motor cools down. Usually no harm done. See if it is binding,,check relay and fuse just in-case there is some damage.

Wiper blades stuck in up position on my 2005 Hyandai Tucson

Disconnect the wiring harness to the motor and check for power and ground with a 12 volt test light. If they both are good, the wiper motor has most likely failed.

Wiper blades on an '07 Tucson

Every late model vehicle these days use the same wiper design which is very simple to replace. With the wiper arm pulled up, pinch down on the tab and gently pull down on the blade. The new blade just snaps in. Here's a you tube video i think will be helpful to you.
